Research:

I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at UC Davis participating in a collaboration with LLNL, which is supported by a Lawrence Scholar Program fellowship. My research involves the synthesis and characterization of new materials for radiation detection. I primarily concentrate on the synthesis and incorporation of molecules containing thermal neutron capture reagents (such as 6Li and 10B) into plastic, crystalline, and liquid scintillators.
